MGM Automatic Doors is opening a new 21,000 square foot glass manufacturing plant in Stewiacke, Nova Scotia, Canada. The new business will open in March 2022 and will include manufacturing equipment provided by HHH Equipment Resources. The HHH team worked with MGM to arrange and select equipment for the new facility, including NorthGlass tempering furnaces, cutting tables, glass washing machines, 4-blade grinders, waterjet cutting machines, and edging machines.

Sandy Martin (right), MGM's automatic door business development and operations manager, and his wife Kathy will bring commercial glass manufacturing to Nova Scotia here.

According to HHH's announcement, this move will enable MGM to expand its scope of services and become the first commercial glass tempering plant in Nova Scotia. According to a press release, with this expansion, MGM will be the first to provide aluminum and tempered glass products to customers in Atlantic Canada.

"We are honored to be able to help create this new game-changing facility," said Mike Synon, President of HHH Equipment Resources. "This equipment will enable MGM to change the supply of architectural aluminum and tempered glass in Atlantic Canada."

“[HHH] played a huge role in helping us arrange facilities and select equipment,” said Sandy Martin, MGM’s automatic door business development and operations manager. "We chose to cooperate with HHH Equipment Resources because they share the same philosophy as us: to take care of your customers in all aspects."
